Renewal by Andersen Esler Companies is seeking an Installation Manager to lead window and door replacement projects for residential customers. In this hands-on role, you will schedule and direct installation crews and subcontractors, coordinate materials and site readiness, and ensure every job meets our high standards for safety, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction. You'll coach and develop installers, monitor productivity and quality metrics, resolve field issues, and partner closely with sales and customer care.

Responsibilities
- Lead and schedule residential window and door installation teams to meet quality, safety, and timeline targets
- Coordinate pre-installation planning, site readiness, materials, and subcontractor activities
- Ensure installations meet Renewal by Andersen standards, building codes, and safety regulations
- Conduct on-site quality inspections and resolve technical or customer issues promptly
- Partner with sales and customer care to clarify scope, expectations, and post-installation follow-up
- Recruit, train, and coach installers and subcontractors to improve performance and craftsmanship
- Track productivity, job costs, and rework rates; implement process improvements
- Maintain tools, vehicles, and inventory controls for efficient field operations
- Model strong customer service and professionalism at every job site
- Report performance metrics and field insights to operations leadership
