We’re seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in West Sacramento. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collections, cash applications, and managing aging reports. • Manage the full-cycle accounts receivable process
• Prepare and maintain accurate aging reports
• Monitor outstanding balances and perform collections activities
• Post customer payments and reconcile accounts
• Communicate with customers regarding billing discrepancies and payment status
• Support month-end closing and reporting
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve account issues

• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable
• Strong knowledge of collections and aging management
• Proficiency in large ERP, Excel, or similar accounting software
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Up to $30 per hour
