Senior Tax Associate, State and Local Tax Job Description

• Identify and implement tax planning and consulting opportunities for a diverse client base.
• Participate in the tax planning and consultation process to deliver an outstanding client experience.
• Research client issues and regularly communicate findings to managers.
• Mentor staff and interns to contribute to the continued success of the team.
• Integrate seamlessly into a dynamic team environment.

• BS in Accounting required;
  Masters in Taxation or LLM is a plus.
• Income franchise experience preferred.
• CPA or eligibility to sit for CPA required.
• Strong time management and organization skills.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in public accounting or corporate/public blend.
• Experience working with the tax team to identify and resolve client issues.
• Creative, expert mindset to make a difference in the role.
• Ability to build strong team relationships.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills internally and externally.
• Willingness to work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sites.

Comprehensive total rewards package including competitive salary range of $75,500 to $149,600 per year, health benefits, retirement and other employee programs.
