Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 per year

• Lead and coordinate multiple audit and assurance engagements across various industries, including nonprofit organizations, governmental entities, employee benefit plans, and commercial businesses.
• Manage engagements through all phases, including planning, risk assessment, fieldwork, review, and final reporting.
• Monitor engagement budgets, timelines, staffing, and overall project performance.
• Prepare and review financial statements, disclosures, management letters, and related reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Research, evaluate, and communicate technical accounting and auditing matters to clients and firm leadership.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure exceptional service and successful engagement outcomes.
• Supervise, coach, and develop audit professionals while promoting a collaborative team environment.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and client service delivery.
