Description

• Full-time Senior Level Accountant to service clients.
• Manage administrative tasks including monthly closings, establishing charts of accounts, and preparing reports.
• Produce business correspondence and proofread with a high degree of accuracy.
• Oversee Junior level staff.
• Service multiple clients, anticipating and addressing routine concerns.
• Continue professional development through ongoing education.
• Recognize and inform partners of opportunities to increase level and types of services to clients.

• Strong administration, organization and accounting skills.
• Driven to develop professional qualities; takes advantage of training opportunities; eager to work with managers and partners to broaden skills; stays current on industry developments.

• B.S. degree in Accounting or equivalent knowledge and skills gained by completing office procedures coursework.
• 2+ years of current or recent financial and administrative experience in public accounting.
• Payroll knowledge related to processes, systems, and schedules.
• Experience desired with CalPERS system, educational sector, insurance accounting, multi‑fund financial statements, and tax.
• High proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, data management, corporate accounting software and Quick Books.
• Career‑oriented professional committed to public accounting.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent project management and analytical skills.
