Commercial Construction Biller
Alcal Specialty Contracting, Inc. is currently accepting resumes for a commercial construction biller position. Type:
Full-Time, Hourly.
Location:
Sacramento, CA. Wage scale: $25.00-$30.00. Benefits & perks:

Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit monthly owner billings and pay applications. Complete and maintain AIA G702/G703 billing forms. Manage and update Schedule of Values (SOV). Review contract requirements and ensure billing compliance. Track payment status and follow up on outstanding receivables. Coordinate with project managers and accounting staff to ensure accurate billing. Maintain billing documentation, lien waivers, and supporting schedules as required.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of commercial construction billing experience. Working knowledge of AIA G702/G703 forms, Schedule of Values (SOV), and pay application processes. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting/construction management software. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
