Certified Payroll Specialist

Our client, a reputable construction company, is seeking an experienced Certified Payroll Specialist for a temporary assignment expected to last a minimum of three months.

• Process weekly certified payroll accurately and on time.
• Prepare and submit certified payroll reports.
• Ensure compliance with prevailing wage requirements.
• Maintain payroll records and employee documentation.
• Assist with audits and reporting as needed.

• Previous certified payroll experience required.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of prevailing wage laws and DIR reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
