Our client, a reputable construction company, is seeking an experienced Certified Payroll Specialist for a temporary assignment expected to last a minimum of three months.
Responsibilities- Process weekly certified payroll accurately and on time.
- Prepare and submit certified payroll reports.
- Ensure compliance with prevailing wage requirements.
- Maintain payroll records and employee documentation.
- Assist with audits and reporting as needed.
- Previous certified payroll experience required.
- Construction industry experience preferred.
- Knowledge of prevailing wage laws and DIR reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
