Pacific Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to manage centralized AP for Pasea Hotel & Spa, AC Hotel Tempe, and Hyatt Place Phoenix. The role ensures timely invoice processing, accurate vendor records, and strong internal controls.
You will code invoices to the general ledger, prepare weekly payment runs (checks, ACH, wires), monitor aging, reconcile expense programs, and support Workday and Birch Street workflows.
