We're partnering with a well-established and growing organization seeking a Senior Accountant to support multi-entity construction company. This is a highly visible role responsible for month-end close, account reconciliations, cash management, intercompany accounting, and full-cycle accounts receivable oversight.
What You’ll Do- Lead bank reconciliations, cash activity, and treasury-related accounting
- Prepare journal entries and support month-end close and financial reporting
- Manage the full accounts receivable process, including billing, cash application, collections, and aging analysis
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and maintain supporting schedules
- Handle intercompany transactions across multiple entities
- Support job cost accounting and project-related financial activities
- Assist with audits, compliance requirements, and process improvements
- Partner with operations and leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting and strong cash flow management
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4+ years of accounting experience
- Construction, real estate, or multi-entity accounting experience preferred
- Strong understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting
- Experience managing accounts receivable, billing, and collections
- Advanced Excel skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Vista Viewpoint software experience (non-negotiable)
