Spread Your Wings Inc. seeks a Billing/Payroll Specialist to support medical billing and administrative tasks in a fast-paced mental health practice. Based at the Sacramento main office, with occasional travel to other branches, this role reports to the Accounting Manager and carries non-remote duties.
You should have at least one year of office experience and accounting/bookkeeping skills; familiarity with electronic health records and Quick Books is a plus. DOJ background check required.
