Core duties and responsibilities include:- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close
- Oversee multi-entity financial reporting and consolidation
- Prepare P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting
- Manage intercompany transactions and cost allocations
- Strengthen internal controls and accounting processes
- Coordinate audits, tax filings, and external advisors
- Lead, coach, and develop the accounting team
- Partner with leadership on systems, automation, and process improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience in a professional services or public accounting
- 6+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Multi-entity or multi-location accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, consolidation, and internal controls
- ERP experience required
- CPA or CMA preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
The salary range for this position is from $120K to $140K, depending on experience.
