Our client, a reputable construction company is seeking an experienced Certified Payroll Specialist for a temporary assignment expected to last a minimum of three months.
Responsibilities- Process weekly certified payroll accurately and on time
- Prepare and submit certified payroll reports Ensure compliance with prevailing wage requirements
- Maintain payroll records and employee documentation
- Assist with audits and reporting as needed
- Previous certified payroll experience required
- Construction industry experience preferred
- Knowledge of prevailing wage laws and DIR reporting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
