Interns will start their tax career in the right direction, supporting clients across various industries and learning the foundational concepts needed as a tax professional.

Hybrid (near a Crowe office) or Remote - Pay: $27–$42 hourly
- Mission:
Support clients across diverse industries by preparing tax returns and conducting basic tax research. - Tech Stack:

- Tax Return Preparation:
Prepare tax returns for diverse clients across various industries, including manufacturing and distribution, retail, construction, real estate, and diversified financial institutions. - Tax Research:
Conduct basic tax research to support client engagements and ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations. - Foundational Learning:
Learn and apply the fundamental tax concepts necessary for professional development within the tax field. - Client Engagement:
Work collaboratively as a team member on a variety of client engagements, spanning both domestic and international contexts.
- Background:
Pursuing a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in tax, accounting, or a similar field. Candidates must be scheduled to meet the educational requirements necessary to obtain a CPA license in their assigned Crowe work location prior to starting full-time. - Experience:
Demonstrated relevant work experience, which may include prior internships, summer positions, or school jobs. - Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills; the ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments; and the capability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment with professionals of all levels. Additionally, candidates must be available to work or travel evenings or weekends when needed (Saturday and/or Sunday), and a car may be required for travel to client sites.
