The Client Support Coordinator provides coordinated communications, administrative, and logistical support across multiple AMG client accounts. This position supports client communications and marketing initiatives, event-related product fulfillment, calendaring, and general administrative functions. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a professional and client-focused demeanor.
Client Communications & Marketing Support- Assist with client communications using platforms such as Canva, Constant Contact, and social media channels.
- Support the creation and formatting of basic marketing and communications materials, including email campaigns, graphics, and digital content.
- Coordinate distribution of client communications, including newsletters, announcements, and event-related messaging.
- Maintain organized records of communication schedules, distribution lists, and content archives.
- Support social media posting and basic content scheduling as directed by AMG managers
- Assist with product fulfillment and logistics for client meetings, conferences, and events.
- Coordinate shipping, tracking, and inventory of event materials, supplies, and collateral.
- Support preparation of event-related materials such as signage, badges, packets, and promotional items.
- Assist with vendor coordination related to fulfillment needs, including timelines and delivery requirements
- Provide calendaring support for client meetings, deadlines, and internal workflows.
- Assist with meeting preparation, including agendas, materials, and distribution of notices.
- Provide general administrative support including document organization, data entry, and file maintenance.
- Assist AMG team members with special projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Maintain a personable, professional, and client-service-oriented demeanor with staff, clients, and vendors.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and tasks simultaneously.
- Timely responses to internal and client requests, generally within a 12-hour period during business days.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive or proprietary information.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience or working knowledge of Canva, social media platforms, and email marketing tools such as Constant Contact.
- Proficiency with Adobe and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
