Job Description and Duties

Process civil and criminal subpoenas for Central Division personnel including the acceptance of Civil subpoenas from process servers. Answer/directs telephone calls and assists public es correspondence (various letters and memorandums), final investigation reports and documents. Edits, proofreads, and reviews correspondence and staff projects for accuracy and completeness. Process time sensitive (PRA) requests for Division: receive PRA requests by e-mail, mail, and at front counter.

Working Conditions

Work in a climate-controlled office environment in a cubicle. Works under artificial lighting, with exposure to computer screens and other basic office equipment.
