We are seeking a Bilingual Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Clerk, you will provide administrative support by performing various basic office tasks such as answering phones, managing mail, filing documents, data entry, making copies, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities- Answer phones, assist customers with questions, and direct calls
- Process incoming paperwork, make photocopies, and file documents
- Sort mail and distribute it to the appropriate recipients
- Maintain records, either physical or electronic, of business transactions
- Great customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with computer programs, such as Microsoft Office and Adobe software
- Bilingual proficiency
