Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Admin to join our team for a short-term assignment. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting key operational functions by coordinating tasks related to medical record tracking, data management, and reporting. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate assignments such as tracking medical records to ensure efficient and accurate documentation.
  • Organize and maintain databases and spreadsheets to support data integrity.
  • Perform timely data entry for trend analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Assist in preparing for clinical audits, including aggregating results for reporting and identifying areas of improvement.
  • Format official reports and documents to ensure a high standard of presentation and clarity.
  • Maintain records and reports related to Utilization Review functions, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
  • Complete scanning projects.
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with databases.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to identify and address discrepancies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Previous experience in medical records, data entry, or reporting is a plus.
