Benefits Of The Clerical Admin / Parts Coordinator Position- Medical, Dental & Vision Coverage (We cover our Employees 100%) - Plus COPAY Visa!
- Pay: $21.00/hour. (The Clerical / Administrative Associate position has a pay scale that consists of the following elements and ranges. Wages include base hourly compensation range of 20 to 26.)
- Up to 300 dollar bonus per month based on performance metrics
- 401(k) plan with company matching

- Position is full time - Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm, with a 30 minute lunch.
- Experience in the following areas is a plus but NOT
REQUIRED: - Computerized check writing
- Time Card handling
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reporting to Manager & Corporate
- Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Audit Compliance of Clerical Paperwork
- Answering customer phone calls
- Greeting customers in store
- Check in parts from a variety of vendors
- Check for damage and part accuracy
- Receiving invoices
- Give our customers a ride home
- Washing cars when needed
- Some janitorial work
- Computer/Typing Abilities
- Polished telephone and email abilities
- Customer Service
- Bilingual in Spanish (a plus, but not mandatory)
- Valid Driver's License
- Hard Working
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and shift gears quickly
- Complete tasks with efficiency and accuracy
- Confident self-starter who works well independently
- Takes initiative and able to receive feedback while working as part of a team
