Front Desk Receptionist (Administrative)

North Pointe Care Center is hiring a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! We're looking for someone friendly, dependable, and professional who enjoys helping others and creating a welcoming environment for residents, families, and visitors.
Schedule (Set Schedule)
- Thursday & Friday: OFF
- Saturday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Sunday: 3:30 PM - 8:00 PM

North Pointe Care Center is hiring a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! We're looking for someone friendly, dependable, and professional who enjoys helping others and creating a welcoming environment for residents, families, and visitors.
Schedule (Set Schedule)
- Monday - Wednesday: 3:30 PM - 8:00 PM
- Thursday & Friday: OFF
- Saturday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Sunday: 3:30 PM - 8:00 PM
- Greet and assist visitors, residents, and families
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Maintain visitor sign-in/sign-out logs
- Provide basic administrative support to staff
- Keep the front desk/lobby area clean and organized
- Follow facility policies and confidentiality guidelines
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Receptionist or healthcare experience is a plus (not required)
- Comfortable using phones and basic computer systems
- On-site at North Pointe Care Center
