The employment development department is looking for a highly motivated and qualified individual to work in the resource management group of the financial and strategy management office.

The supervisor ii oversees two units of staff that provide personnel, attendance, training, and facilities services for over 600 itb employees, and acts as a consultant to itb executives, managers, and supervisors on the most complex administrative issues. Additionally, the supervisor ii provides mentoring and coaching in analytical techniques, continuous process improvement, communication and facilitation skills, administrative support functions, and effective resource management.

this position is headquartered in sacramento, california and may be eligible for telework under edd's telework policy. Employees are required to report to their headquarters office, as needed. Travel expenses to and from the assigned headquarters are the responsibility of the employee.
