Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Clerical, Data Entry, Virtual Assistant/ Remote Admin
Location: Sacramento, CA
Pay Rate: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
The Project Administrator will provide administrative support for multiple construction projects, assisting with documentation, scheduling, reporting, and communication between project teams, subcontractors, and clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and enjoys managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to Project Managers and construction teams
- Maintain project files, contracts, permits, change orders, and correspondence
- Track project schedules, deadlines, and deliverables
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and meeting minutes
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients regarding project documentation
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and project-related paperwork
- Assist with bid packages, submittals, RFIs, and project closeout documentation
- Update project tracking logs and reports
- Ensure documentation complies with company standards and project requirements
- Support day-to-day office operations as needed
- 2+ years of project administration, construction administration, or related experience
- Experience working in the construction industry preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
- Experience with construction management software is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- High attention to detail and accuracy
