PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Grants Compliance Coordinator provides administrative and clerical support to the Grants Unit. This position is responsible for organizing information pertaining to current, potential, and new grant applications, reports, and tracking. The Coordinator performs additional administrative tasks associated with grant compliance.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Compliance Support
- Support multiple grant reporting and compliance throughout the year, with particular attention to the high-volume period of October through January, when numerous reporting requirements with firm deadlines occur simultaneously.
- Compare and update grant report and application template questions to enable the preparation of accurate information;
- Assist with report and application revisions; work with program staff to resolve issues and support resubmission to funder;
- Upload application and report information in grant portals; troubleshoot as needed to ensure accuracy;
- Update and organize grant templates, drafts, and references on internal drives and folders;
