Litigation Executive Assistant / Office Manager
Hybrid | $75,000 - $90,000
Our client is an established law firm seeking a highly organized Litigation Executive Assistant / Office Manager to provide sole administrative and litigation support for the local office and a team of attorneys. This key role combines legal secretarial, executive assistant, and office management responsibilities in a collaborative, professional environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing, filing, and serving legal documents in state, federal, and appellate courts
- Managing attorney calendars, court deadlines, and docketing systems
- Coordinating client communications, correspondence, and document production
- Maintaining case files, records, and pleading indexes
- Managing office operations, vendors, supplies, and administrative functions
- Providing executive-level support to attorneys and serving as the primary point of contact for the local office
- Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of litigation legal secretary or executive assistant experience
- Strong knowledge of court rules, e-filing, calendaring, and litigation procedures
- Excellent communication, proofreading, and organizational skills
- Ability to independently manage competing priorities and office operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and legal software
- Medical, vision, LTD, life insurance, and 401(k)
- Full-time position (37.5 hours/week)
- Hybrid work environment with regular in-office presence required
