Fulfillment Associate

Shift

• Working Hours:
  
  M-F 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
• 3-month contract

Pay: $20-21/Hour

• The role is responsible for responsible for monitoring and following up on license applications, renewals, amendments, registrations, and closure filings to obtain confirmation of approval, issuance, or completion
• Assisting with order entry, administration, and shipping processes delivery exceptional customer service.
• Accurately enter orders into the system
• Assist with preparing packages for shipment
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for order fulfillment
• Support inventory checks and report any discrepancies
• Respond to basic customer inquiries

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• 2+ years' experience in office administration and customer service
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office, CRM and databases
