- Basic/intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook), EPIC, and related information systems
- Ability to interpret data and instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to accomplish multiple tasks in an environment with interruptions
- Ability to identify, evaluate, and resolve standard problems using established options
- Ability to ensure patient protected health information (PHI) privacy
- Administrative skills and sound judgment
- Ability to work at a fast pace with high volumes and varied work
- Compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, codes, policies, and procedures
