About the RoleWe're looking for organized, responsive individuals to help clients stay on top of schedules, confirmations, and important planning details.
As a Client Scheduling Associate
, you'll support day-to-day coordination by managing dates, follow-up, updates, and client information. Some requests may also involve reservations, accommodations, transportation timing, activities, or other itinerary-related details.
This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys helping people, keeping things organized, and making sure plans stay on track.
Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.
What You'll Do- Coordinate client schedules and confirmations
- Gather availability, preferences, and important details
- Provide updates and next-step information
- Follow up on pending requests or changes
- Maintain accurate client records
- Assist with scheduling adjustments
- Research options when additional coordination is needed
- Support select reservation or itinerary details
- Help ensure important dates and deadlines are not missed
