Seeking a strategic, globally minded Director of Sourcing to lead procurement operations across Europe, Africa, and Asia. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies across Europe, Africa, and Asia. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure supplier performance, compliance, and alignment with company objectives.
• Conduct market analysis to identify sourcing opportunities, monitor global trends, assess risk, and implement strategies that strengthen supply chain resilience and cost control.
• Lead contract negotiations with suppliers, ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, and quality standards. Maintain compliance with internal procurement policies and external requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a global sourcing team. Set performance goals, provide coaching, and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Drive cost-reduction initiatives through benchmarking, spend analysis, and supplier performance management. Contribute to annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support strategic goals.
• Enhance procurement systems and processes through the use of technology and data analytics, improving efficiency, visibility, and decision-making.
• Work closely with finance, quality, operations, and sales teams to align sourcing strategies with business needs and deliver integrated supply chain solutions.
• Embed sustainable sourcing practices and certifications, champion innovation in procurement, and support long-term business and environmental goals.
• Travel as needed to supplier sites and corporate headquarters to support relationship development, onboarding, and strategic alignment.

Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of leadership experience in sourcing or procurement
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field
• Experience in food production, beverage manufacturing, or agriculture is a plus
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and supplier performance management skills
• Comfortable traveling internationally and working across time zones
