Lead Warehouse Associate (Commissary Worker)

The Role

Follows the warehouse manager's assignments for delivering food, beverage, and other products throughout the venue in a timely manner. Delivers stock to all concession stands, portables, and commissaries. Shows flexibility in rotating assignments. Helps keep assigned areas clean and organized.

Responsibilities:

Follows the warehouse manager's assignments for delivering food, beverage, and other products throughout the venue in a timely manner. Delivers stock to all concession stands, portables, and commissaries. Shows flexibility in rotating assignments. Help keep assigned areas clean and organized.

* Communicates with Warehouse associates and manager concerning equal and fair workload

* Oversees requisitions for product (concerning accuracy and delivery location)

* Works as a liaison for communications between warehouse staff and management

* Reports directly to the warehouse manager

* Assist in receiving and storing area deliveries

* Maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse and dock area

* Delivers assigned requisition products throughout area

* Assists with moving any equipment as required for stadium events

* General housekeeping and cleaning as needed around the concessions areas

* Trains new employees and communicates new procedures to existing warehouse staff with direction from the warehouse manager.

* High school diploma

* Ability to promote and participate in a team environment

* Ability to understand written and oral direction and to communicate same with others

* Requires occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds in weight (boxes)

* Hours are often extended or irregular to include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job-specific safety training.

Compensation:

Part-Time $23.42 per hour
