- Background Investigation clearance required prior to hire
- Demonstrated experience in research methodologies related to traffic safety
- Familiarity with grant proposal writing and project management
- Knowledge of California traffic safety laws and regulations
- Experience presenting research findings to executive leadership
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings, as needed for research projects
