Business Development Department At NEXGEN Asset Management

NEXGEN Asset Management is the industry-leading Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software that combines a robust Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) with advanced asset management planning tools. Position Overview:

We’re seeking a highly motivated, technically inclined Business Development Associate to join our team in Sacramento as a key entry-level hire with massive growth potential. This full-time, in-person role reports directly to the CEO and is designed for recent graduates (or those with 0-3 years of experience) who are eager to dive deep into our enterprise software, master implementation projects, and build toward a full Business Development Manager role.

You’ll work side-by-side with the CEO on special implementation projects, gaining hands‑on expertise in NEXGEN’s platform, client processes, and strategic deployment. This is a high‑visibility, fast‑paced opportunity for someone proactive, quick to learn, and driven to contribute to company growth from day one. Ideal for technical minds (e.g., computer science, engineering, IT, or related fields) who want to transition into strategic business development in SaaS/enterprise tech.

This full‑time role is based in our Sacramento, CA office.
