This position is in Sacramento, CA in a hybrid working model. Spring Application Period:
March 3, 2026 - March 20, 2026.
- Learn about our industry, clients, organizational structure, and business objectives.
- Work with project teams to analyze client requirements, procedures, and challenges.
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions and assist in translating findings into actionable insights.
- Support testing activities and document defects for resolution.
- Contribute to client deliverables, including user manuals, training materials, and reports.
- Provide onsite client consulting and support when needed.
- Currently enrolled as a Junior in credits at an accredited college or university, pursuing a bachelor's degree.
- We welcome all majors; however, backgrounds in Accounting, Business, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Management, and Management Information Systems, have historically been a strong fit.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Compensation range: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour.
