Responsibilities
- Uphold and administer all Regal policies as outlined in the Regal Policy Guide and Theatre Support Office directives.
- Ensure all cash management policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Control concession inventory shortages and spoilage levels.
- Hire, train, develop, supervise, counsel, schedule, and, in conjunction with Human Resources Business Partners, terminate employees.
- Properly administer all applicable paperwork and uphold all company policies as they pertain to Human Resources.
- Ensure required alcohol certification and training are current where applicable.
- Supervise all staff positions as required, including projection and audio‑visual equipment, hardware and software, and all applicable film handling and maintenance. Possess working knowledge of all systems within the facility, including Booth and Projection technology, maintenance, programming, TMS operation, and related projection skills.
- Control costs, including all direct operating expenses; purchase and order stock and any other supplies needed for daily operations, and oversee inventory and auditing processes involved in tracking those supplies.
- Supervise theatre maintenance (building and grounds, where applicable), performing minor repairs and obtaining qualified personnel for larger maintenance concerns.
- Monitor janitorial staff to ensure the facility is cleaned to Regal standards every day.
- Monitor risk management as it pertains to the theatre, including team member and guest safety, loss prevention, emergency situations, and the proper handling, reporting, and investigation of accidents.
- Handle guest relations, marketing and promotions of feature film engagements, schedule movie show times, and ensure timely delivery of show times to all proper channels. Count, deposit, and reconcile all receipts taken during a business day, including cash, credit cards, coupons, gift cards, checks, discount tickets, and any other applicable mode of payment.
- Read and understand training materials covering anti‑harassment and discrimination.

If the theatre sells alcohol and your assigned duties will include the selling/serving of alcohol, you must be of legal age to sell or serve alcohol according to state or local laws.
Education and ExperienceTwo years of post‑secondary education in business and/or two years of management or supervisory experience. Working knowledge of all systems within the facility, including Booth and Projection technology, maintenance, programming, TMS operation, and all related projection skills. Must be of legal age to sell and serve alcohol if applicable, and complete required state or local training, including Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Academy.
