We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent with a strong background in ground-up K–12 school and/or public works projects
. This role is responsible for managing daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.
- Oversee day-to-day field operations on ground-up K–12 and public works projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, schedules, and site logistics
- Enforce safety programs, quality control, and compliance with public-sector requirements
- Work closely with project managers, inspectors, and owner representatives
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
- Proven superintendent experience on ground-up K–12 or public works construction
- Strong leadership, communication, and scheduling skills
