Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to lead project teams to deliver results on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Manage all aspects of assigned commercial construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and owners to ensure project goals are met.
• Lead project meetings, track progress, and resolve issues proactively.
• Oversee project budgets, change orders, and cost control measures.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies, local codes, and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and schedules.
• Mentor and support project engineers and field staff.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Proven track record delivering projects ranging from $2M to $30M.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and financial management.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and related tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
