Position OverviewSeeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to lead project teams to deliver results on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of assigned commercial construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and owners to ensure project goals are met.
- Lead project meetings, track progress, and resolve issues proactively.
- Oversee project budgets, change orders, and cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies, local codes, and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and schedules.
- Mentor and support project engineers and field staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
- Proven track record delivering projects ranging from $2M to $30M.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and financial management.
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and related tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
