Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator to join their team in Sacramento, CA. Location: Sacramento, CA (On-site)

Job Type: Full-Time

• Review and evaluate project specifications, blueprints, and technical documents.
• Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and accurate cost estimates.
• Develop comprehensive and competitive bid proposals.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain pricing and ensure cost accuracy.
• Collaborate with project managers and internal teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of bids.
• Conduct cost analysis and maintain accurate records for future project planning.
• Assist in improving estimating processes and maintaining organized documentation.

• Minimum 5+ years of construction experience, preferably in industrial and commercial projects.
• Strong experience in cost estimation, quantity takeoffs, and bid preparation.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and industry drawings.
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• HCSS Heavy Bid experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

• Ability to commute to the Sacramento, CA location (on-site role).
• 5+ years of work experience with Microsoft Office.
