Overwatch Construction Management is seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Project Engineer to join our team. As a leading project and construction management firm, Overwatch Construction Management is committed to providing exceptional services and delivering high-quality projects for our clients. The Project Engineer will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of various construction projects, from inception to completion.

Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site technical and administrative support to the construction manager.
  • Responsible for project document control, i.e. RFIs, submittals, change orders, ASIs, etc.
  • Organize and maintain project files.
  • Assist CM with change order management. The PE shall be able to independently review change order requests for merit and fair pricing, and prepare change orders for processing.
  • Manage the closeout and turn over process.
  • Assist CM to prepare project files for audit at project completion.
  • Site conditions verification and support as needed.
Qualifications
  • 3-6+/- years of project engineer experience, including major capital projects such as commercial buildings, laboratories, hospitals, or other technical building projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction practices, techniques, and materials.
  • Proficient in construction management software, such as Procore or Primavera P6.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
