Webuild () is seeking a Senior Construction Estimator to lead estimating operations for multifamily residential development projects across Northern California. This is a high‑impact role for an experienced professional with a proven record in preconstruction estimating and proposal development. This is an estimating leadership role.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will review contracts and bids, conduct site walk‑throughs, perform detailed quantity takeoffs, develop comprehensive cost estimates, identify value‑engineering opportunities, create conceptual estimates, and establish project budgets and scopes of work. The role also includes playing a central role in building strong client relationships, mentoring an estimating team, streamlining processes, and implementing best practices.
Candidate ProfileCandidates must hold a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline, have at least ten years of construction experience with a minimum of five years in estimating, and be proficient in estimating software such as Plan Grid or Builder Construct. Certification as a Professional Estimator (CPE) is preferred but not required.
