Position:
Project Engineer - Construction

Location:

Sacramento, CA

Salary:
Depending on experience and education — from $60K to $90K annually

• Follow projects from design to completion.
• Engage in engineering or construction management with 1+ year of experience in project management.
• Assist with developing design concepts, actual designs, and proposals as an added plus.
• Coordinate and communicate with project teams to ensure timely delivery and quality.

• Experience with Sage Timberline, Primavera Suretrak, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, supervision, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to read blueprints (as applicable).
• Eligible for government security investigation and access to classified information (as applicable).

• Undergraduate degree in engineering, construction management, or related field, or equivalent experience in a construction-related position.
• Experience directing and coordinating construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements, including inspection.
• Knowledge of preparing specifications for purchasing materials and equipment; ability to supervise and train project team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; willingness to travel with possible short-term relocation.
