Bilbro Construction offers comprehensive engineering services for land development, new construction, repair, retrofit, and renovations, including structural concrete, framing, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and architectural finish. The company also provides site improvement work such as grading, paving, excavation, demolition, road and parking lot construction, concrete pad installation, and the procurement, installation, and maintenance of modular commercial buildings, utility connections, and storm drain structures.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking engineering or construction management professionals with 1+ year of experience in project management. It is an added plus if you have developed design concepts, actual designs, and proposals. Follow projects from design to completion.
KeySkills and Abilities
- Proficiency with Sage Timberline, Primavera Suretrak, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving, supervision, organization, and time‑management skills
- Undergraduate degree in engineering, construction management, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Prior experience directing and coordinating construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements
- Knowledge of preparing specifications for the purchase of materials and equipment
- Experience supervising and training project team members
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to travel and possible short‑term relocation
- Ability to read blueprints
Salary: $60000 to $90000 annually, depending on experience and education.

Position required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week. During busy periods, work may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role is FLSA‑exempt.
TravelOccasional travel may be required to job sites, off‑site meetings, and internal local events.
