SUPERINTENDENT
Location:
Sacramento, CA
- Oversee daily field operations and project execution
- Manage and coordinate 100+ trade personnel and subcontractors
- Ensure project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements are achieved
- Develop and maintain 3-week look-ahead schedules
- Lead subcontractor coordination meetings
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve field issues
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Project Engineers, and project stakeholders
- Maintain strong knowledge of structural steel and concrete construction
- Minimum 10 years of commercial construction Superintendent experience
- Experience managing large commercial projects valued at $250M+
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Extensive knowledge of concrete, structural steel, and commercial construction practices
- Ability to drive schedules and maintain productivity on fast-track projects
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Primavera P6 knowledge is highly preferred
Candidates must be self-starters with a proven track record of successfully leading complex commercial construction projects.
