Salary: $140,000 - $165,000 per year.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Project Manager for Commercial Construction Large Projects. This is a unique opportunity to join a team of professionals who are passionate about construction and committed to delivering high-quality projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing large‑scale commercial construction projects, including stadiums, hospitality venues, retail centers, restaurants, casinos, data centers, industrial facilities, and medical complexes.

This role demands a high level of expertise, leadership, and strategic thinking, as you will be responsible for the successful completion of complex projects from conception to completion.

• Oversee and manage large‑scale commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed of project progress.
• Coordinate and manage all project activities, including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project team members to ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and changes, taking appropriate action to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Ensure all project activities comply with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Continually seek opportunities for improvement, innovation, and cost savings in all aspects of project management.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in large‑scale commercial construction projects.
• Proven experience in managing construction projects in sectors such as stadiums, hospitality, retail, restaurants, casinos, data centers, industrial facilities, and medical complexes.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage teams and deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify and manage project risks and issues.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
• A strong commitment to safety and a proven track record of promoting safety in the workplace.
• Ability to travel as required to manage projects and meet with stakeholders.
