Job Summary

This position is contingent upon an expected contract award.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Communicate and coordinate with client staff.
  • Manage change and claims, process invoices, conduct meetings and site observations, perform constructability reviews, and oversee procurement and management of design teams, sub-consultants, and IORs.
  • Lead project teams from inception to completion.
  • Administer contracts and manage, coordinate, and inspect contractor work during project execution.
  • Provide leadership and coordination for project engineers, estimators, schedulers, project controls, and support staff.
  • Review and develop contract documents with procurement staff.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Accurately document and report all project data in a timely manner.
  • Create clear project data presentations for multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from $5M to $55M in construction value.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
  • Track project status and generate management reports related to scheduling, costs, staffing, and contract requirements.
  • Review and inspect construction site offices.
  • Resolve disputes related to construction projects.
  • Ensure client safety standards are met.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Minimum Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS).
    • Six years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
    • Ability to pass client screenings.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Planning experience.
    • Experience with marine facility construction is preferred.
