We're seeking an Estimator to join an established General Contractor delivering commercial construction projects throughout the Greater Sacramento region and Northern California.

As an Estimator, you'll play a key role in the preconstruction process by preparing conceptual and detailed estimates, evaluating subcontractor proposals, developing competitive bids and collaborating with project teams. Your expertise will help secure new opportunities while supporting the successful delivery of future projects.

• 5+ years of estimating experience preferably with a Top ENR General Contractor
• Experience preparing conceptual estimates, quantity takeoffs and competitive bids.
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.
• Stable career progression with a reputation for accuracy and delivering results.

Base salary ranges from $125,000 to $175,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package and performance-based incentive opportunities.
