Our client, a leading healthcare organization specializing in hospital construction and renovation, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be part of the Construction Support Department supporting healthcare facility projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Manage healthcare facility construction, remodeling, and renovation projects from initiation to completion

Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met

Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and client policies

Communicate project progress and issues effectively to stakeholders and team members

5-10 years of experience in healthcare construction project management

Strong knowledge of MEP, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in healthcare settings

Experience with healthcare regulations such as OSHPD, JCAHO, and ADA

Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering large projects on time and within budget

Ability to lead teams, negotiate contracts, and manage multiple stakeholders effectively
