Compensation

+ Pay Rate: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour

What You'll Accomplish

+ Lead all field activities on commercial electrical construction projects.

+ Coordinate and supervise electricians, subcontractors, and field personnel.

+ Drive project schedules and ensure project milestones are achieved on time.

+ Maintain a safe work environment and enforce OSHA and jobsite safety standards.

+ Conduct daily site walks, safety meetings, and crew planning sessions.

+ Collaborate with Project Managers, Project Engineers, clients, and trade partners.

+ Review construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, and project documentation.

+ Identify and resolve field issues before they impact project schedules or costs.

+ Monitor labor productivity and manpower needs throughout the project lifecycle.

+ Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and project closeout activities.

+ Ensure quality standards are maintained and installations are completed according to plans and specifications.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a hands-on construction leader who can effectively manage field operations, communicate with stakeholders, and maintain accountability for safety, quality, and schedule performance. The ideal candidate has extensive commercial electrical construction experience and a track record of successfully leading crews and subcontractors in the field.

Required Qualifications

+ Minimum of 5 years of Superintendent experience within commercial electrical construction.

+ Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and construction methods.

+ Proven experience managing field crews, subcontractors, and project schedules.

+ Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and electrical plans.

+ Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety practices.

+ Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.

+ Strong problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills.

+ Experience working within fast-paced construction environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ground-up commercial construction projects.

+ Experience supporting education, healthcare, public works, municipal, industrial, or manufacturing projects.

Experience with design-build construction projects.

+ Knowledge of construction management and scheduling software such as Procore or similar platforms.

+ Experience coordinating inspections, testing, commissioning, and project closeout activities.

Work Environment
