What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like
  • Successfully managing and leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring the highest quality delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Leading and motivating project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and empowering individuals to achieve their best performance.
  • Developing comprehensive project plans, tracking progress, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Tracking project finances, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints, and providing accurate cost forecasts.
  • Implementing robust quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet the highest standards and client expectations.
  • Identifying opportunities for process enhancements, implementing innovative project management practices, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications Education

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience & Skills
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the real estate or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to travel to the San Francisco office 4 days a week and project sites with occasional travel to Silicon Valley.
  • Commercial interiors construction experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Project or other Gantt chart scheduling tools.
  • Experience managing cost reports, budgets, and Architectural and Construction management contracts.
  • Awareness of industry-specific building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and technologies used in project management.
  • Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.

Compensation

Estimated compensation for this position:  –  USD per year. This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
