Job Description
Experience: Mid Level
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
- Manage commercial construction projects from award through completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, subcontract agreements, and procurement logs
- Lead project meetings with owners, design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor project financial performance, including forecasting, job costing, and change order management
- Coordinate with Superintendents to ensure project milestones, safety requirements, and quality standards are achieved
- Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and contract documents
- Identify and proactively resolve project risks and challenges
- Build and maintain strong client relationships that contribute to repeat business opportunities
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
- Background working for a general contractor or construction management firm
- Experience overseeing projects ranging from several million dollars to larger, complex commercial developments
- Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, cost control, contracts, and project administration
- Ability to lead multiple stakeholders and drive project success from start to finish
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office
- Commercial, healthcare, education, civic, industrial, aviation, mission-critical, hospitality, or public-sector construction experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously
