Environmental Resources Management (ERM) is hiring a Construction Safety Specialist in the United States. You will inspect sites daily, enforce fall protection and scaffolding rules, review JHAs, and lead safety work streams on construction projects to embed risk mitigation in execution plans.
You will partner with site leadership to continually improve the safety program, act as a visible safety presence on high-risk tasks, and drive incident investigations with root-cause analysis.
