What You’ll DoAs our Service Advisor, you will ensure that all service department work orders are opened, maintained, proofed, and closed in the most efficient way possible, while providing an excellent customer experience. Every day you will oversee service and warranty work orders, assist in shop workflow, check‑in equipment for repair, and assist customers. You must love working in a team, be customer‑service focused, and have a winning attitude.
This position will work the Tuesday through Saturday shift.
What You Need- Familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, and the ability to learn new computer programs.
- Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
- Ability to perform at a high level in a fast‑paced and team‑oriented environment.
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
$26-37/hr (depending on experience)
